Protect your skin, naturally. Believe it or not, most people don’t get enough sun exposure anymore. The sun is vital for production of vitamin D and vitamin D helps us maintain our strong and healthy bodies. So we don’t want to block the sun, instead we want to soak up the sun without the burn.
Here are the 4 ways, they really aren't that crazy.
1. Eat the right foods
2. Get daily sun exposure that builds up your melanin
3. Don't shower, your body oils are an SPF of about 7
4. Use an essential oil sunblock (next video)
I encourage you to educate yourself on the sunblock you would normally buy at the store.
